Waterproof Gel Eyeliner Pencil

1. Twist the pencil up slightly, exposing only a small amount of product.
2. Glide closely along the upper or lower lash line using short strokes.
3. For a smoky effect, blend immediately with a small brush before the formula sets.
4. Layer to intensify the color or create a graphic eyeliner look.
5. Close the cap securely after use to help prevent the tip from drying out.
