Waterproof Color Tubing Mascara

1. Remove excess formula from the brush before application.
2. Place the brush at the base of the lashes and gently wiggle upward from root to tip.
3. Apply an additional coat before the first layer fully sets for greater color intensity and volume.
4. Use the tip of the brush to define the inner corners and lower lashes.
5. Remove with a suitable eye makeup remover without pulling or rubbing the lashes.
